First chapter
مَكَّةُ الْمُكَرَّمَة
First steps on the esplanade, a first glance at the Kaaba. The tawaf, the sa’y between Safa and Marwa, prayers at Masjid al-Haram: our hotels, a few minutes’ walk away, let you live every prayer at the Great Mosque.
Second chapter
الْمَدِينَةُ الْمُنَوَّرَة
Then the pace slows. In Madinah: prayer at the Prophet’s Mosque, greetings at the Rawdah, quiet streets after fajr. A time to pause, reflect and leave with a light heart.

أَدْعِيَةُ الْمُعْتَمِر
So that you arrive with a ready heart, here are the words that accompany each step. They are in the guide given to every pilgrim.
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ
Labbayka Allāhumma labbayk, labbayka lā sharīka laka labbayk, inna al-ḥamda wa an-ni‘mata laka wa al-mulk, lā sharīka lak.
Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Praise, grace and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
